What a great experience we had together! 

You did a great job at keeping the ball rolling, I think you found a stride. I love the dialog and the energy and the baby steps. 

 

I didn't realize we were doing healing work. 

I had to take a nap later and felt shifted the next day! 

You somehow managed that in the mix!
